    Your Tasks

    Management on a daily basis of all operational activities in the demand/advertiser team, for specific accounts.
    Creating, optimizing and managing marketing campaigns, meeting business requirements and assuring customers´satisfaction.
    Presentation of the business concept and negotiation of the operational conditions in order to grow accounts´ results.
    Maintaining and intensifying of partnerships, scouting of new business opportunities within the network, and in the market.
    Close cooperation and exchange with the Account Management, IT and Media Buying.

    Requirements

    Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
    Previous experience in Account Management, ideally in the Digital Advertising Business (Ad-Networks, Affiliate Marketing).
    Dynamic, autonomous thinker, analytically skilled and results oriented personality which is eager to learn.
    Basic Knowledge about performance marketing (CPI, CPA, CPE, CPL, CPM & CPC) and digital advertising market ecosystem.
    Sense for new business opportunities such as good communication and negotiation skills.
    Team player with a high degree of self-initiative and distinct hands-on-mentality.
    Fluent English, written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
